Derek Warren Developments completed building my house at Cedar Creek Estate. Throughout the project from start right up to the end my interaction with Derek was extremely satisfying. What we most appreciated during the build was the flexibility you showed adapting to wishes we discovered whilst seeing the house take shape. Also, the regular consultations at the site gave us a clear view of the progress. Last but not least we are also happy that you could finish the house within the allocated time of six months. We are so pleased with the house you built for us in Cedar Creek. Your ideas are outstanding when it comes to putting the layout of a house together. We are extremely pleased with the quality, appearance and liveability of our new house. We want to thank you for making the project enjoyable, coming through every Friday at 4pm to view the progress.
