Derek Warren Developments has been developing residential properties in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg for the past fifteen years, targeting the emerging affluent markets. Derek Warren Developments offers a turnkey solution to its clients focusing on quality and customer service.

Derek Warren Developments was an approved developer/ home builder in numerous high-end residential estates such as Monaghan Farm, Helderfontein, Steyn City and Cedar Creek to name a few. In the past few years Derek Warren Developments has built close to one hundred and fifty high end homes and has established a very good name and reputation in these area’s and this segment of business continues to thrive.

In 2015 as part of our stable growth strategy Derek Warren Developments launched its plans to expand into the emerging and middle-class markets, with aspirational large-scale affordable security estates for the entry level or first time home buyer.

Drawing on the team’s wealth of experience and fundamental understanding of the industry Derek Warren Developments has sold over 50% of the Tirong Estate development in Johannesburg, consisting of 638 freestanding full title homes, and is about to launch Palm View Estate to the open market in KZN in August 2020, consisting of 5450 homes, schools, retail, commercial and community opportunities.
